FUNdamentals is coming to Port Colborne
FUNdamentals focuses on developing basic sport skills while creating a level of enjoyment for physical activity in young athletes ages 7-12. FUNdamentals uses activity sessions that look at specific sport skills such as, kicking, throwing and catching which can be transferred into a number of sports and can be used in everyday tasks. FUNdamentals Progam lands in Port Colborne
We are thrilled to announce that registration is now open for our FUNdamentals Program. This introductory level program spans 12 weeks and welcomes youth with an intellectual disability between the ages of 7 and 12 the opportunity to be active, socialize and gain sport related skills in a safe and inviting environment.
